Crisis situations in corporations are "predictably unpredictable". We know that bad things can happen to work groups; we simply do not know what "it" will be, or when it will occur. Through a series of employee defusings, debriefings, as well as executive consultations, Bill has assisted almost 200 organizational teams per year, to come to terms with the crisis and come out the "other side" with a greater sense of insight.
