Ross MacPhail - Vice President Operations

Ross brings 32 years of management experience including 27 years of executive leadership to BT&A team. As an executive he has lead sales, marketing, customer service and administrative divisions in a variety of industries. From here he transitioned into a career of consulting and training with a concentration on sales, customer service, communication, interpersonal relationships, as well as strategic and executive planning. Ross was a key member of the BT&A management team tasked with organizing and structuring the mental health support for the First National Truth and Reconciliation Event in Winnipeg in support of our Indian Residential School Survivors. He has also been extensively involved in working with First Nation communities across the country, municipal police services, and regional first responders. As a lead consultant Ross interviews C level executives for a world leader in research and analysis. Additional consulting contributions include New Brunswick call centre standards and training, establishment of the first communication centre for ING Bank and development of a performance management system for the Electrical Safety Authority.
